Pat and his crew completed the project on time.  Much attention was paid to the details.  The crew frequently asked if we saw any problems so they could fix them.  There were none.

I wanted to write a review based on my experience with TimberBuilt Rooms. I had a room addition put on the house because my kids are getting bigger and we needed more space in our house in Hoffman Estates.

After researching many different builders, I decided on TimberBuilt because they were the most impressive outfit that came out to quote of the project. I just felt very comfortable with the whole company from the start. I did visit the showroom first to get an idea of what I wanted, and Pat spent a lot of time answering my questions and helping me through the construction process of the room. After the showroom visit, Pat came out to the house and thouroughly explained how the room addition would flow with the house and how TimberBuilt would build it.

The workers were very polite and accomodating during the construction of the room. They took the time to answer my questions if I had any.

As a whole, the project went very smooth. I would recommend TimberBuilt to anyone who is looking for a room addition or sunroom.

During my experience with TimberBuilt Rooms I can say that it was very pleasant. The laborers that came to my house were well mannered and neat so no messes were left in or around my home.  My husband and I bought a 4 season sun room and I must say I absolutely love it! I enjoy waking up in the morning having my coffee and being able to take in all of what nature has to offer all around me with the pleasure of being inside. The TimberBuilt family team was so professional and down to earth I would most certainly recommend them to my friends and family. Brian was the salesman who helped us and he was always there to answer any questions or concerns that we had. He seems like a very dedicated individual who's motivation is to make sure his costumers are happy.

We just want to write this letter to let you know how happy we are with our sunroom.  Working with Brian on designing the room was a very positive experience.  It was great on how flexible he was in accommodating our design requests.  We couldn't have had any better installers than Justin and Jim.  They worked really well together.  Justin was so helpful in answering any questions I had and he would ask my opinion on certain things before he did them.  They were very professional in all aspects of the job.  The quality of their work is outstanding.  Chad was also very professional and good on the electrical job that he did.  Everyone at TimberBuilt that we dealt with was exceptionally nice and helpful.

The whole project went so smooth it was amazing.  Thank you for a sunroom that we will enjoy for years to come.  We will go out of our way to recommend your company.
